My full portfolio of services: as a registered Legal Document Assistant I prepare documents with the information you give me, and as a California Notary Public I verify identity and signatures.

I prepare and fill out your forms with the information you give me, and I handle the filings that go with them. I don't give legal advice and I don't represent anyone.
Uncontested divorce, response to a petition, custody and visitation agreements, marital settlement agreements. I prepare the full packet with your information.
From $450An individual Living Trust package with the documents that go with it, prepared from the information you give me.
From $650General, limited and special-purpose powers of attorney. Document preparation and notarization of the signatures.
From $120Put in writing who decides for you and what you want if you can't speak for yourself.
From $120Powers of attorney, affidavits, travel consent, vehicle titles and trust documents. I notarize the signature and verify the signer’s ID.
$15 per signatureI handle the apostille process for your U.S. documents bound for Hague Convention countries. Birth and marriage certificates, FBI background checks, school and business records.
From $250Translation with a certificate of accuracy, which is what courts and agencies ask for. Three-day turnaround. Notarizing a signature does not certify that a translation is correct: they are two different things and I'll tell you which one you need.
From $95 per pageTranslation without a certificate of accuracy, for personal use.
From $50I fill out and check the forms you were asked for, using the information you give me. I don’t give legal advice and I don’t represent you before USCIS.
Quoted per formI go with you to your appointment and interpret out loud, in the moment, so you understand everything that is said and can answer. It is not the same as a written translation: the interpreter speaks with you at the appointment; the translator puts your document in writing and certifies it, which is what courts ask for. If you are not sure which one you need, ask me before you pay.
From $175I officiate your ceremony and sign your California marriage license: in office, bilingual, mobile, at a hospital or at a detention facility.
From $250I come to your home, your office or the hospital. The notarization fee is still the state's; travel depends on the distance: from $60 within a 10-mile radius. Beyond 10 miles, pricing varies by distance.
$15 per signature + travelPowers of attorney, temporary guardianship letters and authorizations when a family member is detained. Facilities require an appointment in advance; the cost depends on the travel.
QuotedIf what you need isn't on this list, ask: I'll tell you whether it's something I can prepare and what it costs before we start.
QuotedIn these areas I work in partnership with licensed attorneys. I prepare and build the case file as a paralegal, under the supervision of the attorney handling your case; the attorney is the one who advises you and represents you. I am not an attorney and I do not give legal advice.
The attorney advises you and represents you. My part is the case file: gathering, preparing and organizing everything the case needs.
These are starting prices. The final price depends on your case and I tell you before we start, never after. Notarization fees are set by the state, not by me.
